The roasting multifunctional bridge crane is a special crane with a vacuum material conveying system, a dust removal and cooling system, and an anode carbon block clamping device. It is a special crane for the process line serving the anode carbon block roasting process.
The unit has the following main functions:
(1) Loading the furnace: Load the unbaked anode blocks (green blocks) into the roasting furnace pit;
(2) Filling: Fill the granular coke in the material box into the gap between the roasting furnace and the anode blocks, and cover the top;
(3) Suction: Suction the filling material in the furnace into the silo;
(4) Unloading: Take the baked anode blocks (cooked blocks) out of the roasting furnace and send them to the conveyor belt or designated location;
(5) An auxiliary suction pipe is installed on the trolley to clean the flue and remove dust. A 10t electric hoist is equipped on the bridge frame to carry the burner and repair and maintain the roasting furnace.
The whole machine is mainly composed of an electric trolley, bridge frame, trolley running mechanism, an electric hoist, and an electrical control system. The trolley is composed of a suction and unloading system, a clamping device, a trolley frame, a trolley operating mechanism and a driver's cab. The entire trolley is controlled by frequency conversion and PLC.

Metallurgical industry - anode and mineral powder roasting treatment In the anode roasting workshop of aluminum plants, the roasting multifunctional bridge crane plays a key role in the loading of raw anodes and the unloading of cooked anodes. It is equipped with a high-temperature resistant vacuum suction cup, which can absorb carbon blocks with a temperature of up to 1000°C. At the same time, on the iron ore or nickel ore roasting line, it can suck and transport hot mineral powder from the outlet of the rotary kiln to the cooling area.
Chemical industry - catalyst and lithium battery material transportation In the catalyst roasting process of chemical plants, it transports calcined granular materials (such as molecular sieves) through a pneumatic suction system. These materials are usually corrosive, and the suction pipe needs to be lined with stainless steel or ceramic. In the production of lithium battery positive electrode materials, it efficiently transfers the roasted lithium iron phosphate powder to avoid manual contact with high-temperature materials. The vacuum suction speed is adjustable to adapt to chemical products of different particle sizes.
Building materials industry - high-temperature handling of cement and refractory materials In cement plants, cranes suck clinker particles at around 800°C from the outlet of the rotary kiln and transport them to the cooler through closed pipes without dust leakage throughout the process. For refractory production, it handles roasted magnesia or high-alumina bauxite powder. The equipment needs to match with a large-flow vacuum pump to meet the needs of rapid suction and transportation of high-density materials.
