RMG Container Gantry Crane

Description

RMG rail container gantry crane is an efficient lifting equipment in container yards. Its structure is mainly composed of gantry frames, large truck running mechanisms, lifting mechanisms and trolley running mechanisms. The gantry adopts a box beam structure, which has high strength and stiffness, and can withstand heavy loads and wind loads. The gantry running mechanism moves the crane longitudinally along the track. Lifting mechanism is responsible for the vertical lifting of the container, while the gantry running mechanism realizes the horizontal movement of the container on the gantry beam. Rail mounted container gantry crane also pays attention to stability and safety in structural design. The gantry has two parallel legs and an upper cross beam.
