Shipbuilding gantry crane is the core lifting equipment of modern shipyards, mainly for large hull segment lifting, precise positioning, turnover operations and ship platform assembly. Its main structure uses box beam or triangular truss structural gantry welded with high strength steel plates, which has extremely high bending and torsional resistance. The standard span is between 50-185 meters and can reach a maximum of more than 200 meters. Legs on both sides of the gantry are designed with box structure. It has th hydraulic automatic leveling system or mechanical height adjustment device, which can compensate for the rail surface height difference caused by tidal changes in real time, and meet the construction needs of ships with different tonnages. The entire surface is heavily anti-corrosion coating, and there is anti-salt spray seal to ensure long-term operation in a coastal high-humidity and high-salt spray environment.
The lifting mechanism adopts an advanced multi-lifting point intelligent collaborative control system. And rated lifting capacity is usually in the range of 300-1000 tons, with a maximum of 3000 tons. 4-8 sets of independent wire rope hoisting systems are equipped with dual braking safety devices, and real-time load monitoring and automatic balanced distribution are achieved through PLC and sensors. Hook group can achieve an automatic deviation correction function of ±5°. Operating mechanism adopts multi-motor variable frequency drive, sets a balance beam structure of 16-32 wheels, and is equipped with a laser positioning system to ensure millimeter-level positioning accuracy.
The intelligent safety system integrates multiple protection devices, including three-dimensional anti-collision system, real-time wind speed monitoring and alarm, dynamic load monitoring, emergency backup power supply, etc. It is a key equipment to improve the production efficiency of the shipyard and ensure operation safety.
