Description

The electric chain hoist is a lightweight design, compact structure, easy to install and operate lightweight and small lifting equipment. According to differen requirements, the electric chain hoist has two modes of operation: single-speed and two-speed. The double-speed mode is realized by double-speed coil or frequency converter, which can precisely control the lifting speed, especially suitable for the occasions requiring delicate operation. It is widely used in single girder and double girder bridge cranes, jib cranes, KBK rails, gantry cranes and other lifting equipment.

Electric chain hoist is mainly composed of core components such as motor, reducer, brake, lifting chain and hook. As a power source, the motor converts electric energy into mechanical energy to drive the equipment. The reducer converts the high-speed rotation of the motor into low-speed high-torque output, so that the lifting chain lifts or lowers the goods smoothly and accurately. The brake plays the role of safety control, through real-time adjustment of speed or emergency braking, to ensure the stability and safety of cargo lifting and lowering. The lifting chain and sprocket work together to realize the raising and lowering operation of the cargo through meshing transmission.
