Description

Precast girder lifting gantry crane is a rubber tyred gantry crane designed for bridge construction, mainly used for prefabricated girder lifting operation. It can lift prefabricated girders from the girder making platform to the girder storage platform, and then transfer them to the girder transportation truck after maintenance is completed. The equipment supports double-machine cooperative lifting or single-machine double trolley with double spreader operation, flexible and efficient. It is widely used in highway, bridge, power plant and other construction sites to meet the loading, unloading and transportation needs of prefabricated girders. The girder lifting machine adopts truss or box girder structure, which is divided into single main girder and double main girder forms, and the lifting mechanism mostly adopts winches, which runs smoothly and is suitable for the construction environment of construction sites.

The girder lifting gantry crane is composed of modular parts such as assembled main girder, outriggers, overhead crane, etc. It is connected by pins and high-strength bolts to realize all-round mechanized action. In addition to prefabricated girder lifting and transportation, it can also be used for assembly and disassembly of bridge erectors and erection of dry bridges with low pier bodies. Its convenient disassembly and transportation, flexible, simple and efficient installation, compared with ordinary gantry cranes more economical and practical, especially suitable for frequent mobility of road and bridge construction units.

How To Work?

Precast girder lifting gantry crane adopts the simple-supported girder erection mode across one hole, the girder truck transports the girder to the rear of the bridge erector to feed the girder, and the lifting trolley takes the girder by dragging and finely adjusts the position of girder in the air, to ensure the accurate positioning. The equipment operates in hydraulic driven tire walking and walking longitudinal transfer through the hole, which is flexible and efficient. It can erect 32m, 24m, 20m double line box girders, adapt to small curve radius R5500m and longitudinal slope of 20 complex working conditions, rated lifting capacity of 900 tons to meet a variety of bridge construction needs. In addition, the bridge erector is equipped with an intelligent control system, which realizes full monitoring of the operation and improves safety and construction precision.
