The QY insulated overhead crane is a lifting equipment used in specific industrial scenarios. It is mainly suitable for smelting workshops such as non-ferrous metal electrolysis aluminum, magnesium, lead, and zinc. During operation, the insulation device can effectively prevent the current from being conducted from the lifted live parts to the crane body, ensuring safe operation. Dafang uses high-performance insulation materials such as glass fiber reinforced plastic (GFRP) in key areas of the bridge crane. One or more layers of insulating paint are also applied to the metal structure surface to form an insulating protective layer.

Non-ferrous metal smelting workshops: Insulated overhead crane is suitable for the smelting process of magnesium, lead, zinc and other non-ferrous metals. These environmental conditions are harsh, with corrosive gases (such as sulfuric acid), toxic and harmful gases (such as hydrogen fluoride), as well as high currents and strong magnetic fields.

Aluminum processing industry: Move raw materials, intermediate products and final products during the processing of aluminum ingot casting, extrusion, rolling, etc.

Power industry: In some specific power facilities, such as substations or power plants, insulated bridge cranes could perform maintenance and overhaul work. Especially for high-voltage electrical equipment, the insulation prevents current from being conducted through the hoisted components to the crane, thereby avoiding danger.
